Where do you ship your wines?

We currently offer shipping across Australia. For international inquiries, please contact our cellar door team directly to discuss available logistics and shipping rates to your specific region.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Metro areas usually receive their orders faster, while regional and remote areas may take slightly longer.

What happens if my wine arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our wines, but if your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund for the affected bottles.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Under Australian law, all alcohol deliveries must be signed for by a person over the age of 18. If no one is home, the courier will leave a card for collection at a nearby post office or depot.
