This elegant Sparkling Wine is a beautiful straw colour accompanied by a fine persistent bead. The complex bouquet is layered with initial bursts of fresh citrus and strawberry interwoven with cashew and delicious toasted notes. Extended lees ageing on tirage and a soft, foamy mousse provides a rich creamy mouthfeel which is balanced with a refreshing juicy acidity. The palate has a great zesty citrus drive and length, the flavors are persistant with notes of lemon shortbread and toast, the finish is refreshing and crisp. Best enjoyed now, without further cellaring.
