Hill & Valley wines showcase the great diversity of the regions surrounding our winery from the cooler Adelaide Hills, to the elevated Eden Valley vineyards, to those situated on the Barossa Valley floor. Sensitive winemaking techniques allow the wines to express a sense of place and character.
WINE MAKERS NOTES
The colour is deep and bright with a vibrant purple hue, a nose of lifted satsuma plum, raspberry, violet flower, blueberry fruit flavour. Abundant with pretty, bright and fresh blueberry fruit flavour, rich and weighty middle palate with lots of plum, dark cherries and young black currant fruits. A long tannin structure throughout gives an excellent backbone to this food friendly style of Barossa Shiraz, which finishes with a wholesome roundness of fruit balanced with gently toasted oak. Drink now or cellar until 2035.
